Writing from real-life experience, Bee creates honest, relatable songs delivered with powerful vocals. While she considers herself a homebody who can find busy environments challenging, she feels most at home on stage — singing is her passion and her escape.
Outside of music, Bee enjoys going to the gym, swimming, knitting and growing her own vegetables. She is also a radio presenter on Surrey-based Ridge Radio, hosting a weekly Tuesday show from 5–7pm.

Short Bio

With powerful vocals and a strong stage presence, Bee continues to build momentum through original releases and high-energy live performances across the UK country music scene.

NEXT Release
Bee follows the release of her energetic single Girls’ Night Out with her upcoming single, “We’d be happy, won’t we?”, set for release on 12th May 2026. Continuing her journey in modern country music, the song highlights Bee’s honest songwriting and well-known, expressive vocals.
Written with Tim Prottey-Jones (Countryline Radio), who also produced the track.
It follows Bee caught in the cycle of responsibilities—the endless to-do lists, growing bills, and the pressure to keep going—while quietly realising how much time she’s missing with her children. It’s a reflection on what success really means, and whether it’s worth it if it costs the moments you can never get back.
At its core, it’s about perspective, love, and trying to do better. Not being perfect—but choosing to show up, slow down, and hold on to what truly matters. She's a mama.

Long Bio
Bee Ounsworth is a London-born UK country singer-songwriter whose journey into music proves that impact isn’t defined by timing. After the birth of her third child in 2017, she began taking singing lessons simply to try something new. Within weeks, she was invited to join a band — an early sign that her voice and stage presence were meant to be shared.
Immersing herself in the live music scene, Bee quickly gained confidence performing at open mic nights and venues across multiple genres. While she developed her craft through various musical projects, it was country music that truly resonated. Drawn to its storytelling, emotional honesty and connection to real life, she found a genre that perfectly matched both her powerful vocals and lived experience.
In July 2023, Bee founded BUCKLE N BOOTS, her country music project. What began as a cover-based concept soon evolved into an original artist-led project shaped by modern influences and a distinctly British perspective. The debut single Love in the Dark was released in July 2024, marking the start of a growing catalogue of original music and establishing Bee within the expanding UK country music scene.
By 2025, BUCKLE N BOOTS had evolved into a dynamic live setup, with Bee at its core as vocalist and primary songwriter. The release of So See Me signalled a new chapter — defined by stronger songwriting, polished production and a clear artistic direction.
