Bee is a London-born singer-songwriter and the voice of BUCKLE N BOOTS, a UK-based country-pop band bringing modern country music to life with a distinctive British twist. Alongside writing and performing original music, Bee balances a full-time 9–5 career and life as a mother of three — a real-life “busy Bee” whose songwriting is shaped by honesty, resilience, and everyday experience. Deeply dedicated to the country genre, Bee continues to drive the growth of BUCKLE N BOOTS, building momentum through original releases and high-energy live performances.
NEXT Releases
Having just dropped "Girls' Night Out", Bee has already started working on another song with Tim Prottey-Jones. It's the perfect song about juggling family life and the sacrifices we make. Tim's currently in the middle of producing it. so Bee patient.
Exciting news, this song will become one of four songs on the next BNB EP.
With expectations to release the EP in March 2026.
Notable Performances
2025 has been a standout year for BUCKLE N BOOTS, including a performance at the American SpeedFest 2025 at Brands Hatch, alongside Breland, Remember Mondays and Kezia Gill, plus appearances at major UK festivals such as The British Country Music Festival, Country on the Coast, Margate Country Music Festival and Rockin’ The Country. The band also performed at Oxted Beer Festival 2024, alongside Ella Henderson and Example.
BUCKLE N BOOTS have also appeared at established UK country venues including Lil Nashville, the Buck N Bull (London) and Honky Tonk Collective.
In 2025, the band won three Red Carpet Awards: Modern Country Original Duo, Best Country Voice and Best Country Song for “Love in the Dark.”
Lead Singer - Bee
Bee is a London-born singer-songwriter and the lead vocalist of UK country-pop band BUCKLE N BOOTS. She began her professional singing journey in 2017, shortly after the birth of her youngest daughter, when she started taking singing lessons. After just three lessons, her singing teacher invited her to join a band - marking the start of her path as a performing artist.
Originally working as a veterinary nurse for 15 years of her career, Bee now balances life as a wife, mother of three, a 9-5 job as well as persuing her passion for songwriting and performing. Drawn to the storytelling at the heart of country music and shaped by a distinctly British perspective, Bee’s powerful vocals and determination continue to drive the sound and growth of BUCKLE N BOOTS.
Long Bio
Bee is a London-born singer-songwriter who discovered her voice later in life — and proved that timing has nothing to do with impact. After the birth of her third child, Bee took some singing lessons in 2017, not to chase a career, but simply to try something new. Within just three lessons, her singing teacher invited her to join a band — an early indication that something special was already there.
What followed was a rapid immersion into live music. Bee began performing at open mic nights, building confidence, stage presence, and a deep love for performing. She went on to sing in bands across different genres including The Whiskey Sours and Bee n String Junkie, developing her voice and honing her craft, but it was country music that truly felt like home. Drawn to its storytelling, emotional honesty, and connection to real life, Bee found a genre that matched both her voice and her lived experience.
Inspired in part by her husband’s long-standing love of country music, BUCKLE N BOOTS was born in July 2023. Originally launched as a cover duo, it quickly evolved into something more personal — a platform for original music rooted in modern country, delivered with a distinctly British perspective. By July 2024, the duo released its debut single, marking the beginning of a steady stream of original releases and establishing BUCKLE N BOOTS as a rising name on the UK country music scene. In July 2025 BUCKLE N BOOTS changed from a duo to a band, with Bee as the lead vocalist. "So See Me" marked the begining of the new BUCKLE N BOOTS era.
In 2009 Bee moved from London to the beautiful Surrey countryside, Bee balances her life as a wife, mother of three, working 9 to 5 as a teaching assistant and makes a huge commitment to her music. Formerly a veterinary nurse for 15 years, ex-zookeeper and ex-hairdresser, she certainly means business. She is driven and dedicated to the future of BUCKLE N BOOTS.
As the driving force behind BUCKLE N BOOTS, Bee is known for her ambition, organisation, and relentless work ethic. She leads the band with focus and clarity, pairing high-energy live performances with polished, radio-ready recordings. The band’s sound blends contemporary country-pop with strong hooks and heartfelt storytelling, offering a fresh take on a genre traditionally rooted across the Atlantic. Her disapline speaks for itself as she has grown the social media plaforms and the music platforms like a un-stoppable warrior.
